With director Zack Snyder out of the picture, the Justice League is in disarray. To create a proper cinematic universe, co-head James Gunn must surely need a team of superheroes that can stay in unity and fight the bad guys together and not each other.

This seems to be the case with a rumored upcoming DCU project titledThe Terrifics.Based on a similar style to Marvel’s Fantastic Four, The Terrifics is a team of superheroes that explore the Dark Multiverse together. According to co-head James Gunn,The Terrificsmay just be the savior that they need to save the DCU from erupting into chaos.

After firing or according to James Gunn“never hiring”Henry Cavill, the role of Superman from the Justice League went down the drain. Patty Jenkins, the director ofWonder Woman 3also had a dispute with the higher-ups at the DC Studios which caused her to walk out and leave Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman to her fate. And the cherry on top is that Ben Affleck hasn’t been confirmed yet to continue portraying the character of Batman in the DCU.

Although it is unconfirmed,The Terrificswill only add further chaos into the mix as the Justice League may get replaced without a proper send-off to the team. It does seem chaotic in the mind of James Gunn since he wants a Wonder Woman animated series ever since he joined the DC Studios as a co-head.
