The threequel for the Ryan Reynolds starring film series,Deadpool 3,has been one of the highly anticipated Marvel projects. And it only took height after the star of the franchise revealed that it would bring back the fan-favoriteX-Menstar Hugh Jackman as Wolverine. Followed by the star cast of the movie, the studio is slowly revealing the new cast members who will join the Marvel heroes in the threequel.

The Crownstar Emma Corrin, who is expected to be the antagonist in the threequel, has shared during a recent interview that they are nervous about the upcoming movie as the studio has not told them anything about it so far.

Emma Corrin Joins the Cast ofDeadpool 3
WithDeadpool 3moving ahead with its production, the studio is releasing new updates about it constantly. After surprising fans with the return ofHugh Jackmanas Wolverine, theDeadpoolstarRyan Reynoldshas now introduced a new cast member of his upcoming Marvel film,Emma Corrin.
Emma CorrinKnown for starring in the Netflix drama series as young Princess Diana, Corrin has gained massive praise for their performance in the series. They also landed several nominations for the series, including a Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series.

Reynolds shared the news on Twitter as he welcomed thePennyworthactress in the threequel. “New addition to the family! The Deadpool family,”he said in his tweet before adding,“Welcome, Emma Corrin!”Apart from this, there is no further information available about their association with the MCU project.

While it is unconfirmed what character they will be playing in the threequel, Deadline has reported that Corrin is expected to be the villain inShawn Levy’supcoming film. However, the studio has confirmed that claim, and the actress has also shared that they have not received any further information from the studio.

Emma Corrin Seemingly Reveals Her MCU Role
Marvel Studios is known for keeping its upcoming projects under the radar, and the cast and crew working under the studio are also advised to do the same. Emma Corrin, who is set to star inDeadpool 3, has also shared that they know“absolutely nothing”about the movie during an interview with Empire.
“I’d heard about the project, but classic Marvel, they couldn’t tell me anything about it. Absolutely nothing. Zilch,”they said. Corrin also opened up about being new to the MCU as they said,“Hands up, I’m not a Marvel person.”So, when she met the film director, she had no idea about what the movie was.
However, during her recent interview, they also seemed to have revealed their part in theDeadpoolthreequel. Talking about their MCU debut, Corrin said, “I feel really excited to play a villain. I haven’t done that, and it’s an itch I want to scratch.”While it is still unknown what character they will be playing, theMy Policemanactress has seemingly confirmed that they could play a villain in the movie.
Deadpool 3is set to release on 18 July 2025.
