Marvel starAubrey Plazahas earlier shared that she andMichael Ceradated for a year and a half after meeting on the set of the 2010 romantic action comedyScott Pilgrim vs. The World.And the 35-year-old has shared another interesting story about their dating period in his recent interview with Rolling Stone.

“We were driving through Vegas, and we almost just spontaneously took a detour and got married,”he shared during the interview. TheJunoactor shared that they planned to get divorced as soon as they got married so that they could refer to each other as ex-husband and ex-wife.

“I think the idea was to then get a divorce right away, so we could call each other “my ex-husband” and “my ex-wife” at like … 20.”

However, things did not go as planned, and the two never got married. Cera did not mention why they dropped the idea. However, they would eventually meet their soulmates later. Plaza married screenwriter Jeff Baena in 2021, and Cera married his wife Nadine in 2017.

“Oh, Michael? I dated him for a long time,” she shared. Plaza has also shared that although their romance was short-lived, they had a great relationship. She shared that they“love each other”and they’re still good friends. “We’re still very good friends,”she shared on the podcast.
