Action franchises are nothing new to her anymore since she has been a part of theKilling Eveseries,James Bond, andStar Warsfranchises. The newly announced TV series is coming together under Amazon Studios due to her deal with the giant which means she is also getting creative freedom to helm the project.

She is not new to the character anymore since she devoted the COVID-19 time to exploring the video game which only enhanced her knowledge about the series. Despite being one of the most popular female characters in pop culture, it is highly debated due to its character design. And the actress has hinted that the titular character might get changed for practicality.

It is not entirely wrong as the original publishers gave her a heavier bust for the same reason which was even confirmed by its 1997 ad campaign,“Where the Boys Are.”

The actress addressed the debate in a recent interview withVanity Fairstating how her character’s traits are being discussed in the writers’ room.

“The b–b conversation, we’re in it! We’re having it.”

She confirmed that her bust size is even getting hotly discussed among the writers as we all know that her culturally recognizable bust line is important, however, practically, it will only be a hindrance for the character.

“She’s a tomb raider, so she’s incredibly fit.”She continued,“She has to squeeze through tiny rock crevices all the time. It is a different experience squeezing through a small rock crevice when you have larger b–bs than if you have smaller b–bs.”

Her approach to the character is more grounded since she is considering the facts of how her character’s body would have an overall impact on her adventures.

The newTomb RaiderTV series will be available on Amazon Prime Video.
