In EAFC’s Ultimate Team, the Squad Battles game mode pits you against AI-controlled squads. You can climb the leaderboards, gain Battle Points, and receive other rewards by playing Squad Battles. This singleplayer game mode is back this year in EA Sports’ latest football simulation title, and you can reap different kinds of rewards by trying it out.
So, in this article, we’ve explained how Squad Battles work in the latest EAFC title. We’ve also included the list of rewards you can get with this game mode and how to redeem them.
By playing Squad Battles in EAFC 25, you earn Battle Points. Now, matches are separated into weekly competition matches and other matches. Only the former will contribute to your Battle Points score, and you’re able to only play 12 of these per week. In addition, you can also play against a Featured Squad and the TOTW (Team of the Week). Nevertheless, you can still play the other matches to earn Coins and advance other in-game Objectives.
The number of Battle Points you earn is determined by your performance after each match. For instance, a win will naturally give you more points. Your rank in the weekly Squad Battles competition will be determined by your Battle Points. To get the highest rank, you must accumulate more Battle Points than every other player in the weekly competition.
Once you have played 12 matches a week, your rank will determine the rewards you receive from Squad Battle. So, here’s what you get depending on your rank:
Squad Battles will end on Sundays at 9:00 AM (BST), 4:00 AM (ET), 3:00 AM (CT), 2:00 AM (MT), and 1:00 AM (PT), every week. So, you can collect your rewards right after the event ends.
