The new Tirtouga from the Black Bolt expansion is deceptively powerful. Its move, Ancient Seaweed, deals 30 damage to the Defending Pokemon for each Item card in their discard pile. This makes it a perfect partner to Rotom from Surging Sparks, who uses its move, Crushing Pulse, to discard all Item and Tool cards from the opponent’s hand.
