Monster Hunter Wilds’ Title Update 2 is right around the corner. With the update due for release in a few days, Capcom has finally released the official patch notes for TU2. Surprisingly, the update comes packed with a host of additional changes on top ofeverything that has already been revealed.

In addition to the new monsters, event quests, and QoL features, TU2 includes a ton of balance-related changes. Along with the Hammer getting a new follow-up for theoffset attack, changes have been made to every weapon type in the game, except for the Great Sword. Furthermore, the update also includes a large number of bug fixes for the base game.

The update is approximately 6 GB in size on all platforms. However, on PC, if you have theHigh Resolution Texture Packinstalled, you will need to download an extra10 GBon top of the regular update. Monster Hunter Wilds title update 2 will go live on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on June 20, 2025.
