Volume 39 ofMy Hero AcademiaReveals New Artwork by Anonymous News Team

The new art by the anonymous news team is in Volume 39 ofMy Hero Academia, and here’s the translation of the latest reveal from Horikoshi (viaComicBook):

“The reporter lady was able to see the battlefield and that “a single girl was about to change the most expensive camera they had” (see volume 38). Thank you, person who made the most expensive camera. This was supposed to be an “additional information” page, but the sketch was way bigger than the information itself. It reminds me of those small toys sold with food, which make the toy way bigger than the food. Now that I think about it, a food hero named “Shock Gun” would be kinda cool [it’s a pun on “shokugan”, those foods with a toy]”

Toga and Ochaco

The author revealed that the lady reporter saw the battlefield and that a girl was about to break their most expensive camera (refer to volume 38).

Significant Moments Unfold in the Final Chapters of the Manga

In the manga’s final part, there are many important things going on. Big fights have happened, like the Todoroki family reuniting and Toga and Ochaco meeting. This meeting potentially sets them up as the next significant duo in the series.

Toga was in the League of Villains because her Quirk made her desire to drink other people’s blood. She faced a lot of rejection from society, making her more isolated and unstable. That’s why she became fascinated with Uraraka, admiring her ways, which sparked their connection.

On the other hand, Ochaco Uraraka is a very caring person who wants to help others. This made her show some understanding towards Toga, especially evident in the final arc. Ochaco displayed a lot of kindness towards Toga, steering her away from evil and even giving her some of her blood to save her life.

While the show builds the connection between the characters, some conflicts also occur, which pose a danger to the future of Hero Society.

The show will have a new season, but it’s not certain how much of the final fight it will cover. Fans of the anime wonder if the seventh season will be the last one for this superhero series.
