With the introduction of one of the variants of Kang in Marvel Studios’Loki, the MCU was given a new supervillain that could be even more dangerous and threatening than the Mad Titan Thanos. We knew how utterly devastating Kang could be from his creation of the TVA that used the  Infinity Stones as paperweights, his revelation of other variants of him in the multiverse, and how deadly they can be if they knew that this variant of the universe existed. Now with the beginning of Phase 5 of the MCU fromAnt-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania,it’s only a matter of time before the Avengers face Kang the Conquerer head-on in an epic battle to save the universe from annihilation.

Kang the Conqueror was seen in the finale of Loki (2021).

But along with the progression of the story, there comes a lot of questions, the answers to which might give the fans a little glimpse into what might happen until the inevitable conclusion. One of these questions happens to be regarding the introduction of the X-Men and the Fantastic Four into the MCU

Fortunately, it seems that a new theory might just be the answer to the question. In a recent video put out by Heavy Spoilers, it seems more and more plausible that the X-Men and Fantastic Four will join the MCU inAvengers: Secret Wars, and it might be due to a variant of Kang destroying their respective universes, which would eventually lead them to the current timeline of the MCU for an all-out war against Kang.

Kang Destroys The X-Men And Fantastic Four Universes!

WARNING! Potential Spoilers Ahead!

With the introduction ofJonathan Majors‘ Kang inLoki,it was made clear that the next big threat to the universe was these multiversal beings. With the information that there exist several universes apart from the one we have seen till now, it was a clear hint that there were other superheroes in those universes that didn’t exist here, and vice versa. With this confirmation, the minds of the fans of the MCU kicked into high gear, which churned out some new questions with exciting answers.

In a recent video from Heavy Spoilers, the conclusion of Secret Wars from the comics came into perspective, which showed the superheroes of marvel coming together all different universes into one universe to take on a version of Kang the Conquerer which threatened to destroy the universe. He talked about how the inclusion of Spider-Man from different timelines came into one, along with certain members of the X-Men and the Fantastic Four.

One plausible explanation that fans have also come up with that can be closely related to the MCU. This theory states that Kang might’ve been the reason for the destruction of their original universes, which might have led them to flee from his grasp and seek help from heroes of other universes. This might lead them to travel to different universes to find one which still hasn’t lost its protectors, and together, fight Kang head-on, possibly inAvengers: Secret Wars.

How Will Marvel Studios Accomplish It?

This theory makes more sense from Marvel Studios’ standpoint as we have gotten numerous reports thatKevin Feigeplans to incorporate the X-Men and Fantastic Four in the MCU after Disney acquired 20th Century Fox, the ones who had copyrights for the films before them. After the confirmation of Wolverine’s return in the upcomingDeadpool 3,which is also now tied to the MCU. All of this might be leading to an epic conclusion inAvengers: Secret Wars, which will mark the end of the Multiverse Saga, where Feige would want to one-up the “Avengers Assemble” moment fromEndgame.
