One such example of his righteous nature is the time when the star took revenge on his co-star Cameron Diaz’s behalf on Chris Isaak.
Jim Carrey Came To Cameron Diaz’s Rescue

Chris Isaak learned this the hard way when theBruce Almightystar gave him a taste of his own medicine in front of a large audience when he tried to misbehave with his co-starCameron Diaz.
During the 1995 MTV Movie Awards, Diaz and Issak were present on the stage to announce the award for Best Kiss from the nominated movies. At that moment, Issak put his hands around theBad Teacherstar and pulled her closer to take a kiss from her without her permission. This misdemeanor caused Diaz to shove him aside. Despite her signaling to her co-host that this manner was unwelcomed, Isaak forcibly kissed her which made even the onlookers visibly disturbed. Watching all of this from the spectator’s view, Carrey couldn’t stand it and decided to avenge her honor.
Thus, when both of them announced the winners of the award, which were Carrey and Lauren Holly forDumb and Dumber,Carrey got on stage and upon reaching Issak, hugged him tightly. Then, unseen by the audience, the star forcibly kissed him on the lips. Although footage of the incident was unable to be captured, people saw Chris Issak forcibly shaken as he wiped his lips after Carrey returned to his place in the audience.
Thus, it is always a wise choice to treat everyone with dignity and respect in general, but especially around Jim Carrey, otherwise, consequences can be dire.
