Although Jennifer Aniston follows a strict exercise and sleep routine, the actress has dealt with many sleeping problems in the past. According to sources, Aniston once even freaked out her ex-husband, Brad Pitt with her rare sleeping condition.

Jennifer Anistonused to suffer from somnambulism, better known as sleepwalking in the past. Although now she has got the disease under control, things have not been so easy for the American actress. Back in 2004, Aniston revealed in an interview that one sleepwalking incident scared the hell out of her then-husband,Brad Pitt. Aniston revealed that she set off her house alarms while sleepwalking. She said, “I sleepwalk. I set off our alarm once. I was outside. The alarm scared the s*** out of me and I woke up, and I was out by the pool equipment in the back.”

TheMurder Mysteryactress further revealed that she had no idea how she got there. She said, “I don’t know what I was doing. I heard this yelling because he[Brad Pitt] is terrified, he hears the alarm and I’m not there.”
TheCakeactress does not suffer from sleepwalking anymore
Jennifer Aniston opened up about her sleepwalking condition in an interview last year and revealed that she does not suffer from it anymore. She said, “I’ve been woken up by house alarms going off that I’ve set off. And I don’t think I do that anymore — that was when I was super sleep deprived.”
But sleepwalking wasn’t the only sleeping condition that has troubled Aniston over the years.The Switchactress has also suffered from Insomnia in the past. Aniston opened up about dealing with Insomnia and said, “I think it started somewhere in my 30s or even earlier, but you just don’t start to notice the effects of a lack of sleep when we’re younger because we’re so invincible.”

The actress further revealed that a bedtime routine and the constant bedtime every night are some of the things that have definitely helped her in getting much sounder sleep.
