Discovering your mom or dad is a superhero like Wonder Woman or Batman can be the coolest thing ever, especially for a child. Marvel and DC actors have long expressed their amusement on interviews whenever they share their kids actually believe they work as comic book heroes.

This proves that actors should be careful in choosing roles they accept because their children are going to watch their movies, and they want to set an example. For actor-director John Krasinski, despite starring in several iconic films, his kids think he merely works in a cubicle.

Ben Affleck’s Son Thinks He’s The Batman And Urges Him To Fight The FedEx Guy
Ben Affleck, who played Batman inBatman v Superman: Dawn of JusticeandJustice League, revealed his son believes he is Batman. The actor said viaThe Graham Norton Show:
“He believes that I’m Batman. I showed him some of the clips and the stuff, and I told him, ‘Yeah, you know I’m Batman,’ and so now he thinks his dad is Batman. And now, when I go out of the house, he’s like, ‘Are you going to the Batcave?’”
Affleck joked that his antics would come back to haunt him when his son goes to therapy and laments how his father lied to him about Batman. He further shared the funny story of how he had to pay the FedEx guy who wears a purple uniform to pretend that he’s the Joker:
“My son thinks the FedEx guy is the Joker, so every time he comes to deliver a screenplay, my son tells me, ‘Dad, Joker’s outside,’ and he wants me to go and fight him. I have to go through this ritual where I go out, I give the guy twenty dollars to do like a pantomime kung-fu Adam West fight at me so my son will still believe I’m Batman.”
It can be tough for some kids to grow up with celebrity moms and dads, but knowing they have superheroes as parents would make their childhood even more memorable.
