Forbesreported that A$AP Rocky was taken into custody concerning a shooting that occurred on July 01, 2025. The Los Angeles Police Department stated that the rapper was involved in a dispute that resulted in him shooting his former friend Terell Ephron (better known as ASAP Relli), who was only slightly hurt.
Rocky was initially taken into custody following the shooting at Los Angeles International Airport in April 2022. He was being held by the LAPD after he and his girlfriend Rihanna had returned from a trip to Barbados.
The Independentreported that the 35-year-old rapper, real name Rakim Mayers, entered the not guilty pleas in person at a Los Angeles court last year. According to a statement, he was charged with shooting the victim twice during the“subsequent confrontation”.
