Dua Lipa Was Nearly Arrested When She Was 15?
Dua Lipa was only 15 when she was involved in an unexpected incident.In an interview withPopjustice, she recapped an incident when she was at her friend’s place, engaging in a seemingly innocent activity. The girls had been adding bubbles to a bathtub when they realized they had added way too many. The two chose to collect some of the bubbles and toss them out the bathroom window since they were unsure how to get rid of them:
“We threw foam from our bubble bath out of the balcony down onto the street. Then the police came knocking on the door. We got a telling off. The thing is that apparently it hit him.”
Unfortunately, they were on the verge of being arrested when a police officer happened to be passing by. Lipa, 28, further added:
“Well, yes, he was like, ‘oh, it’s assault, we need to take your details’.”
The police officer, along with the others who were present, decided that this would constitute an arrest and threatened to take the girls to the police station.The girls were obviously scared by this, and Lipa pleaded with the police not to arrest them while pointing out that they were only“fifteen”.
“And were like, ‘well we’re only fifteen’. And he said he’d send a warning to the house but we never really got one.”
Although Lipa’s situation may appear to be a nightmare for any aspiring artist, her hard work and determination to overcome it serve as an inspiring example.

Dua Lipa Said That She Was ‘So Upset’ While Promoting Her Debut Album
It might appear as though Dua Lipa has boundless energy and a social battery from all of her appearances on tours, in concerts, filming movies, fashion shows, and global travel. However, even the Grammy-winning pop artist occasionally needs a vacation. In a recent interview withKISSFM UK, she talked about her early career chaos, which left her feeling“so upset all the time”.
“There were so many moments, I think, when I first started when I was just in back-to-back-to-back, like, constant photo shoots, traveling and doing performances and not wanting to miss any opportunities — especially in America — when I was doing late-night TV or breakfast telly or whatever,” she said, remembering her intense schedule while promoting her self-titled debut album (which featured hits like ‘IDGAF’ and ‘New Rules’).
If Lipa could go back in time, she“would have completely changed”her behavior.TheOne Kissartist went on to say:
“I never, ever wanted to go through that ever again. I’m going to ensure for everything I have the time to do it, and I don’t spread myself too thin, and I take care of myself differently.”
