Treyarch have released the full patch notes for the Season 2 Reloaded update in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and we’ve got everything you need to know about all the new content and changes.
Season 2 continues to roll on in Black Ops Cold War and with it being near the midway point, Treyarch have rolled out a massive midseason ‘Reloaded’ update with lots of new content and big changes to multiplayer and Zombies.

What’s new in the BOCW Season 2 Reloaded update?
There’s plenty of new content in this update for both multiplayer and Zombies.
New weapon: ZRG 20mm Sniper
The ZRG 20mm sniper rifle “boasts a higher bullet velocity than any other weapon in its class.” According to the devs, it has a high reload speed and can kill enemies with a single shot to the head, chest, or shoulders.
It’s important to note that this weapon will not be available right away when the patch goes live, instead it’ll be reportedly released the week after.

Weapon balancing in Season 2 Reloaded update
As previously announced, this patch includes a massive weapon tuning update for many of the guns in multiplayer. Assault rifles like the Krig, FFAR, and Groza have all been buffed, while SMGs like the AK-74u and LC10 have been nerfed.
Treyarch also implemented blanked adjustments to the recoil of every underbarrel and muzzle attachment for all assault rifles and SMGs, as well as increased rocket damage against players wearing Flak Jacket in Hardcore and removing glint from sniper rifles using Iron Sights.
