One such celebrity just so happened to be the Late Matthew Perry. He too went out on various dates with stars including Gwyneth Paltrow and Yasmin Bleeth. However, none left an impression on him like Diaz did. In fact, their date had been so bad that things took a turn for the worse. So much so that things between Perry and Diaz even got aggressively physical.

However, it also talks about the time he got set up for a date withCameron Diaz.The actress had very quickly found herself intoxicated while attending a dinner party with Perry. As they went on to play Pictionary, he made a rather witty remark towards her.
“‘Are you f****** kidding me?’ I said, realizing I’d just been punched in the face by Cameron Diaz, and my big arms hadn’t helped at all.”
Although not exactly upset by it, she went on to punch the actor on the shoulder in a joking way. Due to her state, her aim was off, by a lot. She ended up hitting Perry in the face over a simple game. Neither of them was expecting anything like this to happen but it became certain that it didn’t make things better for them.

No Second Date for Matthew Perry and Cameron Diaz
Both Matthew Perry and Cameron Diaz were rather stunned by the incident and how weird things became after that. Unfortunately for them, it also meant that a second date would not be on their itinerary.
Perry also pointed out as to how he had profusely been working out during that time to so miss his arms was a difficult task on its own. The fact that Diaz managed to punch his face despite Perry’s buff figure amused the actor even further.
