GTA 5 Enhanced Edition is here! Here are five changes that the latest version of the game brings that you should be excited about.
Rockstar Games has released theGTA 5 Enhanced Edition. This latest version is not a separate game but consists of files that will “enhance” the already-installed GTA 5. The developers have made some important changes in this edition. However, it is only coming to PC because the new-gen console versions are already up to date, and the game has been out for over a decade. Why should you even be excited about it? Well, we have a few reasons prepared for all the PC users.

GTA 5 Enhanced Edition Brings These Changes
Although GTA 6 could be released during the fall of 2025, Rockstar Games is still not giving up on GTA 5. Players who already own GTA 5 can now download the Enhanced Edition of the gamefor free! With that said, there are also a few updates that you should pay attention to that will make you excited for this edition right away. These go as follows:

1. Enhanced Performance
One of the best things about playing on PC is that you may get high performance while utilizing the more demanding visual aspects of a game. However, this wasn’t the case in GTA 5 because it first came out in 2013. While updates dropped regularly, the PC players didn’t have access to the same graphical enhancement that PS5 and the Xbox Series were using.
So, now players will havehigher resolutions and frame rates,ray tracing,faster loading times, andenhanced audial experience. Undoubtedly, the new updates will have different system requirements, which is why they areoptional.

2. Wandering Wildlife
GTA Online enabled a feature on the current generation consoles where wildlife starts appearing around Los Santos. Players couldn’t directly interact with them but these furry NPCs reacted to the players online and the human NPCs in the servers. To make things interesting, Rockstar Games started a daily Wildlife Photography Challenge to get exclusive rewards. Now, this feature will be coming to PC, thanks to the GTA 5 Enhanced Edition.
3. Hao’s Special Works Upgrades
Hao’s Special Works will now bring brand new upgrades to a new lineup of automobiles for everyone! PC Players can now participate in HSW Races and Time Trials or even test drive premium cars. The following vehicles have been added, including the new upgradable stock:
4. GTA+ Membership
For the first time, PC players on GTA Online can now access the Rockstar Games subscription that was only available for console users until now.GTA+now comes to PC, thanks to the Enhanced version of the game. All players will get access to $500,000 per month, members-only Shark Cards, exclusive vehicles, a 100-car Vinewood Club Garage, and more premium perks.
This subscription is premium and requires players to pay for it. However, the feature will now be accessible to all if they upgrade to the latest edition of the game.

5. GTA Career Builder
PC players will now have access to a freshLanding Pagewhen logging into the game. This lets them hop into action much more easily. Additionally, theCareer Builderinvites new players to GTA Online by letting them start with $4,000,000. This is a lot of cash considering you don’t start with much when playing GTA Online. So, you can get your Gunrunning club running pretty early in the game.
The feature wasn’t previously available in the online version. Now, however, new players will have an easier time competing with existing players.
